The Red Balloon Candy Artisans is an Australian owned business producing handcrafted candy for Australia and Internationally since opening in 2006.

Our recipes are focused on sourcing the highest quality ingredients to make the highest quality candy that’s 100% vegan, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free.

Most of the candy you’ll find from us – rock candy, pebbles & drops and lollipops – is made entirely from Australian ingredients using mainly sugar and water.

In other types of candy we make, it’s not always possible to source local ingredients to achieve the quality we’re after.

Candy consisting of chocolate (e.g. choc dipped honeycombs and chocky barks), is made using the finest Belgium callebaut chocolate. Belgium chocolate not only delivers in taste but is fantastic to work with and is 100% vegan too.

We source Isomalt & Pectin from Germany and edible icing sheets from France used in our Jellies and Printa Pops.

Ingredients we are unable to source here in Australia are sourced from either Belgium, France or Germany only.
