1.0 Terms & References
The following terms “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to The Red Balloon Candy Artisans Pty Ltd (trading as The Red Balloon Candy Artisans).
The term “Online Retail Store” or “Online Store” refers to any product on our website which can be checked out and purchased using our Ecommerce facility.
The term “website” refers to https://www.theredballoon.com.au and associated web pages located on this domain’s web server.
The terms “you” or “your” refer to the customer.
The term “Personalised Rock Candy” refers to both personalised wedding rock candy and personalised corporate rock candy.
1.1 Product Prices
All online and in-store product prices are in Australia Dollars (AUD). All product prices listed on our website have GST already included. We reserve the right at any time to increase or decrease any product price listed on our website.
1.2 Product Variations
There may be slight variances in colours when comparing an online product image to that of an actual physical product. The Red Balloon Candy Artisans make every effort to match colours as closely as possible, but due to the handcrafted nature of the product we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
Due to colour display variances between different devices, we recommend providing us with a physical colour card to ensure your personalised rock candy or custom printa pops are colour matched as closely as possible.
1.3 Customer Information
Information provided by you will not be given to any 3rd party companies or businesses. This includes information provided by you during the buying process. It also includes information received through website email promotion sign ups.
We reserve the right to post images onto our social media accounts or website of customer products. This includes personalised rock candy and custom printa pop orders. These images may only be used to promote the products and services which The Red Balloon Candy Artisans provide. If you do not wish to have your products featured in any way you must inform us at the time of purchase.

In the instance where our stock volumes are low for any given product you order, we may require an additional day during normal business hours to build up that product’s inventory.
For personalised wedding rock candy and personalised corporate rock candy orders we require a minimum of 3 weeks for order completion. A completed order involves production time and delivery time and may arrive in the week leading up to your required date specified. We will never turn business away, so if you require your order in under 3 weeks please phone us during normal business hours on (03) 9525 2048
Orders over 20kg may require longer production times thus extending the minimum 3-week completion timeframe. In any case we will review your date required information from the Personalised Rock Candy form and contact you immediately if any issues arise.
1.5 Postage Rates
The Red Balloon Candy Artisans reserves the right at any time to change postage rates listed on the website.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to any changes of a customer’s order once it has been dispatched and therefore we stress that you choose carefully before checking out from our online store.
During the checking out stage, you can purchase with your credit card using the PayPal gateway even if you do not have a PayPal account.
For Personalised Rock Candy orders, we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss your order. Once your order has been discussed and agreed upon, we will require a minimum deposit of 50% before we can begin. Payments can be made via PayPal, MasterCard or Visa. Credit card payments can be made using the secure PayPal gateway even if you do not have a PayPal account. Eftpos and cash payments can be made in store only.
1.8 Intellectual Property Rights
Any material on our website be it content or images must not be used, copied, transmitted, stored, published or distributed unless first obtaining our prior written consent.
2.0 Gone Nuts
We have decided to reverse our ’Nut Free’ stance on our candy products. The reason is, we think that ’Nuts’ are just too good a combo to pass up and we have come up with some really delicious ideas that we think the nut lovers will enjoy dearly.
We also understand we are going to disappoint a number of our customers and we are truely sorry for the reversal on this and inconvenience. We only currently make 1 product with peanut butter and we do need to abide by the rule that our candies ‘May contain traces of nuts’
All our products that are currently labelled with ’Nut Free’ are products that have been made prior to our ’Nut Production’ and are 100% safe to eat. All other products that may contain traces of nuts are labelled so.
