A: No. We use pectin, which is a fruit-based setting ingredient. We don't use any gelatine in our confectionery.

A: Yes. Our products are classified as Gluten Free.

A: No. We make a number of products with nuts, so there may be traces of nuts in our candies.

A: Yes. We use Callebaut 54% cocoa chocolate. No dairy is used.

A: No. We do not sell gift boxes online.

A: Yes. We deliver Australia-wide with Australia Post and selected couriers. We also ship to New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for costs and delivery times.

A: Australia-wide orders up to 5kg ship for a flat $9.95 by Regular Post, and online candy orders over $150 ship free within Australia. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full rates.

A: Yes. If you need your order quickly, please select Express shipping at checkout. You can also email us at info@theredballoon.com.au to discuss any specific delivery requirements.

A: No. Our candy is made in a private production studio that isn't open to the public, so all orders are delivered.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip. Afterpay and Zip are available to Australian customers only. Personalised rock candy orders can also be paid by direct bank transfer.

A: Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for personalised rock candy orders, including production and delivery. Orders over 20kg may need a little longer. If you need your order sooner, email us at info@theredballoon.com.au and we'll do our best to help.

A: Please email info@theredballoon.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. As our products are food, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A: Sometimes. If you'd like a quote before ordering, please email us and we'll put one together for your order.

A: Only if we have them in stock. You can choose your colours on orders of more than 100 small pops or 50 medium pops, and one choice of flavour is also available on these quantities.

A: No. We use what we have in stock, unless your order is for more than 100 pops.

A: All our products are made by us, which makes them 100% Australian made.

Jelly Cubes & Squiggles: 97% Australian ingredients (pectin is imported from Germany)

Mellow Jellows & Bobbles: 98% Australian ingredients (pectin is imported from Germany)

Golden & Raspberry Honeycomb: 100% Australian ingredients

Choc Honeycomb: 85% Australian ingredients (chocolate is imported from Belgium)

Printa Pops: 75% Australian ingredients (isomalt is imported from Germany and icing sheets from France)

Chocky Bark: 20% Australian ingredients (chocolate is imported from Belgium)

A: Yes. Our Printa Pops are 100% edible.

We use edible image technology to make them: a combination of sugar-free isomalt, icing sugar sheets and food colouring for the printed image, along with our standard lollipop ingredients.

A: No. This candy line is designed for smaller orders, and can also be added to your own personalised design.

A: Our Jellies are the most popular products we make, followed by our Choc Honeycomb and these rock candies:
