These terms apply to all purchases made from The Red Balloon Candy Artisans website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We supply individual customers, businesses and organisations, including personalised and custom candy orders.

Prices

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

We take care to make sure prices are correct. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Personalised rock candy orders can also be paid by direct bank transfer. We'll send the bank details with your order confirmation, and production begins once the deposit has cleared in our account.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted once we've received your payment and confirmed the order.

Cancellations

By you: If you want to cancel, please email us as soon as possible. Orders can't be cancelled once dispatched. Personalised and custom-made orders can't be cancelled once production has started.

By us: We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we can't reasonably fulfil the order.

Out-of-stock items

If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss your options. These may include waiting for the item, choosing an alternative product, or receiving a refund.

Personalised and custom orders

Please allow a minimum of three weeks for personalised rock candy orders, including production and delivery. Orders over 20 kg may need additional time. We'll contact you to confirm your order details, and a minimum 50% deposit is required before production begins.

Because these products are made to your requirements, they can't be returned for change of mind.

Colours may vary slightly between on-screen images and the finished candy, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences between device displays. For the closest colour match, you're welcome to send us a physical colour sample.

We may share photos of personalised orders on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we didn't feature your order, please let us know when you place it.

Returns and refunds

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. We don't accept change-of-mind returns on food products, but this doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes, discounts and sale offers may have specific conditions, eligibility requirements and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions can't be combined with other discounts or offers.

10% off your first order: When you sign up for this offer, we'll use your email address to send you newsletters and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. This offer doesn't apply to custom candy orders.

Buy 4, get the 5th free (jellies): Add any five 120g bags of Jelly Cubes/Bobbles and/or 100g bags of Squiggles to your cart and the 5th bag is free at checkout. This offer doesn't apply to other jelly pack sizes or other products.

Storewide sales: Storewide sale offers exclude custom and personalised candy, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Allergens and ingredients

Ingredient and allergen information is provided with our products and/or on product listings where applicable. Some of our products contain peanuts, so our candy may contain traces of nuts unless labelled otherwise. If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, please read the product information before buying and contact us if you need more details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product photographs, designs, graphics and branding, belongs to The Red Balloon Candy Artisans unless stated otherwise. It must not be copied or used without our written permission.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please email info@theredballoon.com.au first so we can work with you to resolve it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
