We absolutely LOVE all of the candy we have tried from the Red Balloon Candy Artisans so far (and we've tried quite a bit by now). We got a few kilos of different wedding themed hard candy for our wedding and bagged them up with cute little labels for our guests and all of them - including the non-vegans - loved them! I really love the personalised lolly pops they do and the honeycomb chocolate is so yummy. So are the vegan jellies! They give awesome customer service and have.a friendly warm approach. Above and beyond service and product. Through no fault of their own, an order was misplaced in shipment. Rather than the usual back and forth rigmarole, they custom made our order immediately and had it shipped to us the next day via Express Post, no extra charges and gracious apologies. An added bonus was the lost shipment was delivered today, so we ended up with two shipments. The lollipops are awesome and the photo we sent them was immersed into the lollipops perfectly. They’re a great novel item for our social events. Highly Recommend!

The post lost my Christmas candy and when i emailed and explained my situation they sent me candy the next day by express post. Several broken peices will also be replaced.
